I thought I'd start a thread for bread and other goodies that single or two person households would enjoy. Some, but not all, will be small batch recipes.

First up is Mayo dinner rolls. There will be two versions of this recipe.
Heat oven to 350 and grease a small muffin tin. Make's 5 rolls

Momma's Easy No Yeast Dinner Rolls
1 C. of flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 C. milk
2 T. mayo

Combine all ingredients and spoon into the greased muffin tin.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Remove muffins from tin to cool on a wire rack.
Or do like I do and get out the cold butter and a glass of red wine and eat 'em hot.

Mayo dinner rolls

Ingredients
1 cup of self rising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 Cup of milk
2 tablespoons of mayo

Gently combine flour, baking powder, salt, milk and mayo until well combined.
Spoon into a greased muffin pan, makes about 5 rolls., depending on the size of each.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or till done and golden brown.

I like this ladies attitude on making bread. She doesn't overthink it. Close is good enough.

I've been watching this guy for years. He says the same thing over and over and over.....but his bread IS good and almost always "No touch" bread. Very simple recipes to follow.
